Brie with Mushrooms

This creamy, soft-ripened cheese has a mild mushroom flavour derived from hand-picked quality white mushrooms.  The mushrooms are harvested at the optimum time and added to the local Bavarian cow’s milk to provide a unique flavour experience.  There are no artificial flavours, additives or colours and the cheese is suitable for vegetarians.  Warm this cheese to room temperature for a buttery soft & earthy delight.


Made with pasteurised cow’s milk and cream.  Suitable for vegetarians and lactose intolerant.


Exterior: Natural edible white rind.

Interior: Pale cream infused with mushroom pieces.
