A fine Blue Cheese in a Black Wax Mantle.

This is a high quality blue cheese, with a delicately spicy character.

 

Medium fat semi-hard blue vein cheese, made with pasteurised cow’s milk.  Suitable for vegetarians.

Appearance

Exterior: Black Wax Mantle with visible holes from piercing.

Interior: White to pale yellow with dark blue mould veins.

Aroma & texture

A creamy smooth texture with fresh with blue notes.
