Cambozola

A soft, mild blue vein Brie with a velvety texture,  deliciously creamy, with an understated spiciness from the blue.  Cambozola is a great cheese board option, delicious in salads and ideal for cooking.

 

This cheese is made in Bavaria with cow’s milk, cream is added.  Pasteurised and suitable for vegetarians and lactose intolerants.

Appearance

Exterior: White edible rind.

Interior: Cream white with blue veins through cheese.

Aroma & texture

Fresh creamy with mild blue notes and firm to spongy texture.
