How it’s made

Crafted in the same traditional methods as our other premium speciality cheeses, 100% natural cow’s milk- no preservatives, stabilisers, artificial colours or flavours.  Once ripened to perfection, the cheese is then sealed in innovative protective packaging to ensure the highest quality and a long shelf life.
